Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept exchange requests and store credit within 14 days of the date you receive your item.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• To initiate an exchange or store credit request, please contact us.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange process. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.
  
• Any additional shipping fees incurred in processing the return or exchange.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final beyond the 14-day exchange/store credit window.
