SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Los Angeles Trading Company is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage, stains, odors, or other signs of wear

Return or exchange requests made more than 14 days after the order has been received will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

All shipping costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise, as Los Angeles Trading Company is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly after receiving your order so we can review the issue and make it right.
